SS754-1200 centrifugal dehydrator for Textile industry

1. The industrial extracting machine is the three-foot suspending type structure, which can avoid the vibration when running because of heavy drum.

2. The out frame and rotating drum are made of stainless steel plate, the bottom base, round under pan, bearing base and triangle base are all made of cast iron. The drainpipe is at the bottom of the round under pan. 

3. The main shaft is finished machining after heat treatment by high-quality carton steel. 

4. The driving area of SS751-754 industrial extracting machine is driven by the triangle adhesive tape. The motor will drive directly the centrifugal starting wheel and can make the machine drive slowly, then reach gradually the designed rotating speed, that can ensure the machine stable running. 

5. There is brake opening-closing arm inside of the SS751-754 industrial extracting machine, which has good brake performance. And it can make the machine stopping rotating promptly.
